🔥 We're looking for a Senior Java Developer

🟪 Responsibilities:

• Developing efficient, scalable, and stable software
• Participating in the design and development of new features covered with unit and integration tests
• Assisting in diagnosing problems and optimizing the operation of the production system
• Participating in software development process optimization: Continuous Integration, quality assurance, technology selection
• Working according to SCRUM methodology (participation in meetings: Daily SCRUM, Sprint Review Meeting, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Planning Meeting)
• Conducting code reviews on pull requests
• Supporting the git-flow process
• Estimating work within future projects
• Coaching within small teams
• Leading small production teams (up to 5 people)
• Documenting developed solutions
• Actively participating in team knowledge exchange, attending technical trainings, and preparing short internal training for other team members
• Writing tips & tricks on Confluence

🟪 Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience with Java 7, 8, and higher, and Java EE 6 and higher technologies
• Min. 5 years of experience working as a Java programmer
• Understanding of SOLID principles, TDD, GitFlow, Design Patterns
• Knowledge and experience with the following technologies:
  • Spring Framework with emphasis on Spring Security and JWT and OpenID/Oauth2 standards
  • JPA and/or any ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) libraries such as Hibernate, EclipseLink
  • SQL relational databases and database management systems such as pgAdmin, MySQL Workbench
  • Any application servers such as JBoss, WebLogic, WildFly
  • Maven 3, Gradle
  • SOAP and REST web services
  • Good knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS
  • One of the front-end technologies: JSF, Angular 2+, Vaadin
  • Top 10 OWASP vulnerabilities
  • Ability to configure a Continuous Integration environment (e.g. Jenkins)
• Very good knowledge of GIT version control system
• Familiarity with testing libraries such as Mockito, AssertJ, Arquillian
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases used by the client: MongoDB, Apache Cassandra and their integration techniques with Spring Framework
• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of API testing tools: Postman, SoapUI
