🟪 Requirements:

• Stationary work from our office in Gliwice

• At least one year of experience in project management

• Very good command of English (level C1)

• Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making based on data

• Proactivity, independence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in the rapidly changing world of technology

🟪 Your Responsibilities:

• Planning activities, resources, and efficient time management according to the project schedule

• Organizing, motivating a project team, and collaborating with the HR team to build organizational culture

• Estimating costs and developing the budget

• Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective expectation management and communication

• Analyzing and managing project risk

• Monitoring progress and preparing comprehensive reports
