We’re MindPal, a forward-thinking software company, looking for a talented Mid-Level Web Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with an American client, so exceptional English communication skills are a must. If you’re passionate about crafting visually compelling designs, have a strong foundation in branding, and can bring ideas to life with motion, we’d love to meet you!


What You’ll Do

  • Design & Develop: Create stunning web layouts, landing pages, and interactive experiences that align with our client’s brand identity.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to branding guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

  • Motion Graphics: Develop engaging animations and micro-interactions for websites and digital campaigns.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with the client and our internal team of devs to bring concepts to life.

  • Optimize: Ensure designs are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance across devices.


    What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2-4 years in web design, with a portfolio showcasing work in branding and motion.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Figma

    • Expertise in After Effects, Principle, Cavalry or similar motion design tools.

    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (bonus).

    • Strong typography, color theory, and layout design skills.

  • Language: Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Creative thinker with attention to detail.

    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

    • Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
